How to cook foraged ‘‘Prickly sow thistle’’

An easy and delicious recipy for your foraged greeny weed leaves. Cut the excess root and rinse with lots of water. Bring some water into a boil add some salt and boil for about 10-20 min. Place them into a plate with some olive oil and lemon and your greeny leaves are ready. Enjoy!
