Due to health and hygiene concerns, perishables such as packaged teas and tea leaves, bath salts, marmalades cannot be returned or exchanged.

Within 30 days after receiving your order, you have the option to exchange any accessory that does not fit you. Accessory exchanges are limited to products from the same collection as the original purchase, and are subject to stock availability.

Please note that all sales are final, and once an order has been delivered, we do not accept refunds or exchanges.

Please email a photo to info@elysiaelixirs.com if a candle or marmalade is broken or damaged during shipping. We'll take care of everything so you can enjoy your Elysia Elixirs experience to the fullest.
