Greek traditional white bean soup, fasolada

Ingredients
500g White beans
A bunch of Celery
3-4 Carrots
1 large onion
2-3 tablespoons tomato passata
5-6 tablespoons olive oil
Pinch of salt
Method
Cut your vegetables celery, carrots and onion into small pieces. Add water in a large pot with plenty of add your white beans and the chopped vegetables. Add the tomato passata and olive oil stir and cook for slowly cook for about 30’’ minutes until the bean and veggies are nice and tender. Kali oreksi!
