A big bowl brussels sprouts

Handful pomegranate

Handful almonds

Parmesan cheese

Lemon

Dijon mustard

Olive Oil

Method

Begin by finely shredding Brussels sprouts and roast them for a few minutes same as the toasted almonds. In a plate, toss together the Brussels sprouts, pomegranate, toasted almonds, and Parmesan cheese.
