Christmas Greek Cookies Kourabiedes
Ingredients
300gr butter
110gr icing sugar
600gr flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon vanilla
25gr alcohol brandy
Rose water
Method
In large bowl add the butter and icing sugar at a mixer on a high speed for 30’’ minutes blend together until they form a creamy consistency. After that add the baking powder, vanilla and brandy let it mix and then add the flour little by little combine the two together until it becomes dough. Form the dough into oval shapes, try to keep them as similar as possible. Place them in a pan and bake at 170C for about 20 to 30 minutes. After you bake them let them cool down you can spray them with rose water and sprinkle with loads and loads of icing sugar! Enjoy!
